“Having fallen in love with the area over the years, my wife and I permanently moved to Lake Wallenpaupack in 2024. I picked up oil painting in March 2023, and have been actively creating new work ever since. The artwork I create is inspired by life around me, especially the lake, its wildlife and my pets. I paint the things that I want hanging on my walls, or pieces I can give away to friends and family.

When I heard Wallenpaupack Sunset was selected for Paint The Town Hawley, I was thrilled! The painting captures the evening of October 28, 2024 from behind my home when the sky did something worth remembering.

I hope my work brings as much joy to others as it does to me.”
