A Family Fun Day at the WCAA Gallery, 959 Main Street, Honesdale PA., in conjunc on with the
exhibtion “Twenty Six – Art of the Alphabet” an exhibition of work by Wayne County Arts
Alliance.
The Wayne County Arts Alliance will host a Family Fun Day on Saturday, August 16th from 12:00 – 4:00. Children and their families will be invited to construct multimedia collages inspired by
their initials. Additionally, WCAA Family Fun Day celebrates the fiftieth anniversary of the River
Reporter, our extended community’s local independent newspaper by creating a large-scale
mural using fifty years of back issues of the River Reporter. The rain date will be Sunday, August
17th from 12:00 – 4:00.
“Twenty Six – Art of the Alphabet,” curated by Pauline Glykokokalos and Rocky Pinciotti, highlights
the work of thirteen visual artists’ investigations into and around letter forms on view from July 24,
2025 – August 23, 2025. Participating artists are Katee Boyle, Dale Emmart, Jeff George, Lindsay
George, Pauline Glykokokalos, Sam Green, David Hayashida, William Landau, Todd Lantz, Kristin
Nalesnik, Rocky Pinciotti, Paul Plumadore and Jessie Taylor.
